LCOR is seeking a full-time Investment Management Analyst to join its Investment Management team in Chesterbrook, PA. The Investment Management Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Investment Management Team and assisting in the day-to-day execution of the firm's pipeline, which includes tasks ranging from financial underwriting, internal valuation reporting, property level financial analysis, and multifamily lease-up analysis.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  1. Create and maintain cash flow valuation models in Argus and Excel, performing periodic hold/sell analyses.
  2. Analyze historical and current period financial statements, together with annual budgets and reforecasts, for variance and trends.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis related to operational metrics such as rent levels, competitive performance, capital markets activity, and development pipeline.
  4. Support on acquisitions, financing activities, and dispositions with cash flow modeling, valuation, scenario analyses, due diligence, and Q&A.
  5. Help maintain accurate and complete data records for all properties, including filing and tagging documents in SharePoint.
  6. Coordinate, assemble, and distribute materials to third-party service providers for annual appraisals.
  7. Prepare written narratives and financial tables and charts for use in management and investor reporting, including quarterly and annual reports.
  8. Additional duties as needed.

Skills & Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. 1-4 years of previous experience in real estate, brokerage, banking, finance or accounting preferred, including a general familiarity of the multifamily industry.
  3. Demonstrated history of financial underwriting, modeling and reporting experience preferred. Strong quantitative background and understanding of real estate deal capitalization.
  4. Well-rounded: ability to wear multiple "hats" in a fast-paced environment that requires an interdisciplinary mindset and aptitude to learn quickly.
  5. Strong professional written and verbal communication skills required.
  6. Ability to handle large volume of work; excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  7. Candidate should be enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in a team environment.
  8. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Argus.
