Arlo Apartments is currently seeking a PART-TIME Leasing Consultant with at least 1-3 years' experience in the field to join our team in Malvern, PA.

Job responsibilities for the position include:

Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments

Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries

Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports

Resolving resident issues or concerns

Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents

Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:

1 to 3 years' experience in Property Management

Experience with midrise lease up preferred

Knowledge of Yardi Software

Working knowledge of Yieldstar or RealPage is a plus

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Working most weekends is necessary

Working during inclement weather is also necessary.
